Chairman - Richard Cunningham

Richard was appointed as Chairman of CommonTime in September 2006. He sits as Chairman for three other early stage technology companies as well as working as a consultant for the leading early stage technology venture capital fund, Herald Ventures.

Previously Richard was Managing Director for telecommunications service provider, Project Telecom. He was central to the growth of the company from embryonic stage to its flotation in 2000 and eventual sale to Vodafone plc in 2003 for £165m. Prior to joining Project Telecom, Richard was Vice President of Citicorp Investment Bank, specializing in European electronics and telecommunications where he moved to from Citicorp Scrimgeour Vickers.

Richard started his career at Ratheon before moving on to Texas Instruments after gaining a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bristol University.

Board Member - Kevin Douglas

Kevin has 10 years experience of investing in public and private companies and currently serves on the board of CommonTime. He divides his time between examining new investment opportunities and helping a number of Antrak's portfolio companies deal with the challenges of staying fit for growth.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa, he now lives in Surrey with his wife and young daughter.
