The CommonTime mDebt Collection application addresses the issues associated with the management of customer data for companies with debt management requirements.
Customer information is made available to view, update and amend at any time using a mobile device ensuring field workers always have access to the most up to date information available. Paper forms are replaced with a fully customizable, intuitive electronic form that synchronizes seamlessly with back office systems.
When entering form data, the field worker can use the mobile handsets’ built in recording devices to capture photographs, voice, video & customer signatures.
Once the form is completed it can be instantly synchronized with back office systems without the need to re-key data preventing problems such as re-keying discrepancies and helping to provide better customer service.
Mobile workers are also able to use the integrated maps to show the location of nearby customers, providing a simple way to perform spot checks if required.
