Working schedules are viewable on-device and can be updated or amended by office staff, managers and field workers when necessary.In emergency situations, the GPS signal of the handset can be used to immediately locate field workers, allowing office staff to instantly reschedule the most relevant worker.

When rescheduling, any updated information is synchronized to the device, so field workers have instant visibility of any emergency jobs that occur. All documentation relating to these jobs can be attached to these updates, to ensure field workers have all relevant information before arriving at the site.

All paperwork for scheduling and servicing procedures is replaced with electronic forms on the field worker’s device. When servicing, any signatures, photographs or any other evidence or authentication can be captured on-device, appended to the electronic form and synchronized with back office systems. Additionally any stock updates can be synchronized using the device, providing a simple and accurate inventory procedure.
