Ian has over 25 years of senior management experience within the software sector. As CEO of CommonTime, he is responsible for the vision, direction & growth of the company, while delivering tangible business benefits to customers and sustainable value to stakeholders. Prior to joining CommonTime in 2008, Ian held the position of Global Sales Director for Talgentra.

Jon Lawrence CFOJon Lawrence

Chief Financial Officer

Jon has extensive experience of leading finance functions in growth technology companies. Prior to joining CommonTime, Jon was Finance Director at 3i backed Xenicom (sold to Andrew Corporation) and Alchemy backed Talgentra (sold to Experian). Prior to these positions, Jon was at Ernst & Young for over six years, where he led a number of corporate finance transactions.

Roger Booth CTORoger Booth

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO of CommonTime, Roger is responsible for devising and implementing both the company’s technology & product strategy. Additionally, Roger manages product QA, UI, UX and R&D functions. With over 25 years of experience within the software sector, Roger previously founded the Network Managers UK Ltd which was subsequently sold to Microsoft.

The Board of Directors set a high standard for employees and management alike, providing a clear commercial philosophy and developing corporate governance strategy. Non-executive directors oversee the management team, in addition to providing valuable advice and guidance that informs company growth.

Richard Cunningham ChairmanRichard Cunningham

Chairman of the Board

Prior to joining CommonTime as Chairman in 2003, Richard was a founder of Project Telecom which IPO’d in 2000 and was subsequently sold to Vodafone for £165m. He also founded Octium which and successfully exited in 2012. Richard is the Chairman of a number of other early stage software companies and acts as a consultant to a number of venture capital funds.

Non-Executive Director

Kevin has been a part of the early-stage technology ecosystem for over 10 years, mostly as an investor and currently as an adviser with Princelet Partners. His experience ranges across the software spectrum from mobile to marketing, ad-tech and fin-tech. He enjoys working with founders and entrepreneurs and helping them distill their mission from distractions.
